Who we are
Ali Dasouqi, Ph.D.
Founder & CEO
Ali is a systems engineer with expertise in predictive analytics for asset management. Led a team in implementing the Mission Readiness Support System for the US Navy. Earned his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from the University of South Florida in 2021. Recognized with awards for fluid dynamics research and published in reputable journals, demonstrating a commitment to innovation in engineering, business management, and artificial intelligence. Ali founded “workflow” in June 2024 while teaching engineering courses at Howard University and pursuing a part-time MBA at The Johns Hopkins University—Carey Business School. Ali gained extensive experience training AI and LLM models as an independent subcontractor at leading AI giants, including OpenAI, Meta, and Scale.
Salahiddin Altahat, Ph.D.
Chief AI Consultant
Salah is an experienced technical professional and university professor with a Ph.D. in information science and engineering from the University of Canberra, Australia. Acquired extensive experience in software development with a strong focus on research and development (R&D) in signal processing, image processing, and machine learning while working for tech companies in the US and UAE. Salah specializes in applying AI in machine reliability engineering and software development using C#, C++, Python, and MATLAB. Previously, he developed algorithmic trading solutions for eBroakerage software in Dubai.
Nizar Alrafie, P.E.
Strategic Partner
Nizar is a professional engineer licensed in several states across the US, specializing in determining the cause, origin, and duration of functional losses associated with insurance claims. With over 7 years of experience in the engineering, specification, and assessment of mechanical systems serving residential, commercial, educational, healthcare, and industrial facilities. His forensics engineering team conducts site investigations and serves as an expert witness representing claim-seeking resolution in state courts. He contributed deep technical expertise to many research and investigation case studies while pursuing his M.Sc. in Management at the University of South Florida.
Lina Mustafa Ali
Chief Technology Consultant
Lina is a technology professional with a B.Sc. in Computer Science and a Postbaccalaureate in Programming and Software Development from Purdue University. Lina’s experience spans developing web applications using .NET Core, Web API, and front-end frameworks like HTML/CSS and Bootstrap. She worked extensively with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and IBM DB2, designing systems that streamline processes and improve efficiency. Currently pursuing a master’s in information systems engineering at The Johns Hopkins University. Her expertise in integrating AI into enterprise solutions and managing complex projects effectively by automating workflows and building scalable, secure applications are at the core of what Lina does.
